What this service provides
PashuGyan provides English-language AI guidance for dogs and cats. It is intended for adults in India. It is not an emergency service, a substitute for an examination, or a veterinary prescription. AI-suggested guidance. Please check with your vet. Do not start, stop or change a medicine on the authority of the AI report.
Your first month and subscription
Registration starts one calendar month free, with two consultations. There is no card requirement. From month two, ₹250 per paid month includes two consultations. Unused consultations expire at the period boundary. Without successful payment, private pet histories, reports, uploads and consultations become inaccessible. Login, billing, public news and support remain available.
Extra consultations
After your included consultations are used, you can pay ₹250 for one more during an active free or paid month. An extra is for one pet, does not extend access, and does not replace a monthly subscription. A consultation reservation is consumed when a readable report is delivered. Urgent referral reports release the allowance. Unfinished sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity or at access end, whichever comes first.
Cancellation and failed delivery
Cancel renewal from your account. Your existing paid access continues until its end. Failed payments grant no access. A technical failure without a report releases an included reservation. A failed extra can be retried in the same active consultation; if it expires without delivery, contact support for a refund of that failed purchase. Payment confirmation is checked on our server.
Current test stage
Payments are in Razorpay test mode. Report naming and medicine presentation remain placeholders pending veterinary input. The platform makes no claim of veterinary certification. News links go to their original publishers; foreign guidance or alerts may not apply to products sold in India.
