Information you choose to share

We store your verified sign-in identity, account details, pet profiles, conversations, uploads and reports to provide this service. City or state is optional and used for local news. We do not ask for microphone, camera or precise location access.

How pet records are processed

Private records are stored in our AWS environment in India. Relevant text and images are sent through OpenRouter to OpenAI to interpret records and respond in chat. Provider processing may occur outside India. Google/Firebase handles Google sign-in; Razorpay handles test payments. Your payment card details are not stored by PashuGyan.

Your controls

You can edit pet details, correct extracted facts, remove uploaded records and download reports during active access. Removing a source removes its facts from the current pet profile; completed reports retain their original snapshot. If access ends, we preserve your records for reactivation.

Support and deletion

You can request account deletion or data assistance at lazyoptswitchsupport@cybint.in, even when your access has ended. We will verify ownership before handling the request. This test application has no advertising integration and does not sell your pet histories.
